10x Media

10x Media is a boutique web development agency located in Bavaria (Germany) with additional hubs in Sofia (Bulgaria) and Santiago (Chile). We’re a core team of 8 people, and we don’t just code: we combine strategy, design, development, and project management, covering everything needed to bring high-impact digital solutions to life.

Josh and I (Sandro) have been friends for over a decade. We both started as freelancers, but quickly grew together as a team. After discovering Payload in February 2023, we’ve been using it almost exclusively to power our client's projects.

We don’t see web development as a stand-alone service. It’s intertwined with your marketing, operations and product development. So while we may look like a typical development agency on paper, we approach every project as if it were our own, with a lean team, personal attention, fast execution and honest, strategic input.

Our specialty is the PANEM Stack: Payload, Next.js and MongoDB. It’s our go-to foundation for everything: From landing pages to full e-commerce systems, CRMs, booking platforms and internal analytics tools, enhanced with full-text search, LLM integrations, vector embeddings and custom data aggregations.

Beyond “done-for-you” agency work, we also love to join projects as a technology partner (equity or profit share). This unlocks dramatically faster development cycles and agility your competitors simply can’t match.
