10x Media

10x Media is a boutique web development agency located in Bavaria, Germany. We’re a core team of 4 people, supported by additional developer capacity through independent contractors. Josh and I (Sandro) have been friends for a decade. We both started as freelancers, but grew together as a team 2 years ago. After discovering payload in February 2023, we’ve since become an almost exclusive payload agency. We don’t see web development as an isolated area. It’s deeply connected to your business’s marketing, internal processes and product development. So while we might appear as a normal development agency on paper, we treat every project we’re involved in like our own. Our team is small on purpose to provide you with personal attention, rapid development, and our own thoughts and advice.

Our specialty is what we call the PANEM Stack: Payload, Next.js, and MongoDB. It has become our favorite stack by far and with it, we’ve built everything from simple landing pages to complex Invoicing Systems, CRM’s, Online Booking tools, Webinar management and more, leveraging advanced full-text search, LLM integrations, vector embeddings, and custom data aggregations. Apart from providing “done for you” agency services, we love to go into projects as a technology partner (= share of your company/profits). This gives you an incredible advantage over the competition, since it allows for way faster development cycles and incredible agility that none of your competitors can match.

Outcome is set, the way is flexible. Our approach is rebellious. If your tech stack is set in stone, and you just need someone to turn your Jira tickets into code, we’re not the best fit.
