Hide delete button in sidebar inside of Media collection only?

Is there a way to hide the delete button inside of the Media collection?
When setting disabledDeleteAccess to false, I am not able to upload different images to the same item.
And due to this being relational, deleting is not an option at the moment.

delete: () => falsewithin the access property on collection level
